I just said Im an insomniac but I sleep for 4 hours at the most and not every day.
To others? An insomniac is someone who cant sleep at all.

For example… 🥴💁♀️ I am an insomniac. However I CAN sleep and am able to sleep… but only for 4 hours at the most and its not every day.
